Restricted countries

The card is unavailable to residents of these countries and does not work for transactions originating there.

• Venezuela

Restrictions apply both to the cardholder's residency and to the country the transaction originates from.

This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure whether a transaction is allowed, contact support before paying. Violating the rules leads to blocking the card and account without a balance refund.
