Privacy policy

1. What data we store

We store the minimum set of data needed to run the service: an email address, the Telegram account identifier and the transaction history of your cards.

We do not collect documents, scans or biometrics — the service has no verification step.

2. Why we need it

Email is used for confirmations and notifications; transaction history is used for support, fee reconciliation and payment-system requirements.

3. Who we share data with

Data is shared with issuing banks and payment systems to the extent needed to process transactions, and with infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements.

We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Transaction history is kept for the period required by payment systems and applicable law. After an account is closed, the remaining data is deleted.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion to the extent the law allows. Support accepts such requests.
