Terms of use

Revised on August 1, 2026

1. General provisions

These terms describe how a user accesses the Tuckpay service and uses cards issued by partner banks.

By using the service you accept the terms in their current wording. The date of the latest revision is shown in the header.

2. Account

An account is created in Telegram and belongs to one user. A second account for the same user is not allowed.

The user is responsible for access to their Telegram, the second authentication factor and the backup codes.

3. Cards and top-ups

Card issuance is paid in USDT and is non-refundable. Top-ups are accepted in crypto only; the size of a single top-up is limited by the terms of the specific card.

Fees and limits are published on the pricing and limits pages and may change with prior notice.

4. Rules of use

The card may not be used for transactions in restricted categories, nor for payments to recipients in countries on the restricted list.

Breaching the rules may lead to the card or account being blocked. The list of categories is in a separate document.

5. Liability

Tuckpay is not a bank and does not guarantee that a specific merchant will accept the card: authorisation decisions are made by the issuing bank and the payment system.

The service is not responsible for exchange-rate differences or third-party fees, including ATM operators.

6. Changes to the terms

The terms may be updated, including at the request of payment systems. The current wording is always published on this page.
