Limits in plain words

Tuckpay limits are the same for everyone — there is no verification, so there are no tiers.

Four horizons

Limits are counted per transaction, per day, per month and per year. A payment goes through only if it fits all of them at once.

ATMs count separately

Cash withdrawals have their own limits, unrelated to spending limits.

Why a payment fails

• the per-transaction limit is exceeded;
• the balance is not enough once the fee is added;
• the merchant category is not supported;
• the destination country is on the restricted list.

Retrying right after a decline makes it worse: the bank may temporarily block the card.

What to do

Check the amount and the balance; if the reason is unclear, contact support instead of retrying.
