We have updated how critical account actions are protected.
Two factors
A Telegram confirmation and a code from an authenticator app are available. The second factor is requested on login, card issuance, top-up and settings changes.
Backup codes
Enabling 2FA produces a set of backup codes. Store them away from your phone — without them access cannot be restored.
Prompts before an action
Before critical actions the bot now shows exactly what is being confirmed and for what amount.
Tuckpay support never asks for a password, a confirmation code or a seed phrase — in any channel.
